I notice he didn't suggest state grants for building more prisons and hiring more law enforcement officers so states could arrest and incarcerate all the criminals that are perpetrating the gun violence. Strange that he never mentioned places like Chicago, Baltimore, Compton, etc. I was real strict gun control laws but have huge murder problems.
Remove places like this from the statistics and gun crimes are practically is nonexistent in the United States.

Because they know most of the violence is perpetrated by their favored “victim” class and they simply refuse to hold them responsible and are very reluctant to really crack down on them. It’s that simple.
