Arizona has signed a new law that would prohibit federal gun laws that would violate the Second Amendment.
The HB2111 legislation was signed into law Tuesday by Arizona Republican Gov. Doug Ducey, ensuring rights of gun owners are protected from potential overreaching gun laws sought by President Joe Biden's administration.
The law seeks to prohibit police and sheriffs from enforcing new federal gun laws, which critics say will undermine the rule of law and discourage law enforcement officers from enforcing federal gun laws to protect the public. Critics also say it is an unconstitutional measure that will cost taxpayers to defend in court.

Once the Democrats decided to have “Sanctuary Cities” (Illegal Alien Cities), all bets are off. We need “Income Tax Haven Cities” against the income tax which the Founding Fathers correctly made unconstitutional.
Funny how Kemp and now Ducey are talking tough.
LOL
you do not pay attention to the news
Arizona is the poster child of election fraud
will undermine the rule of law and discourage law enforcement officers from enforcing federal gun laws to protect the public>>> DO police enforce federal immigration laws? No! why enforce any federal law. The Federal government has no law. No Court. screw them. create safe havens in the states.

Should be easy. Look at the fed laws on MJ and the states action to legalize it. There is no reason states cannot do the same with guns.
“Not only is it older, the states command far more resources and manpower than the executive.”
The many states can, if needed, cut off the flow of money to the feds, thereby strangling the fed into submission! Simply call a statewide moratorium on paying taxes to the fed!! And craft state laws that protect those who would come under fire by the feds to take it!
True it would work but a tax revolt would be illegal.
Refusing to enforce or even using force to prevent enforcement of an attempt to subvert the amendment process - well that would be the FED committing an illegal act.
AZ does have a scrappy state guard but unfortunately is surrounded by stinking blue turds.
If Texas joins with Florida in opposing fed power grabs then smaller states stand a chance.
The SCOTUS can honk and fart and make weenie noises but if a governor has a serious 100k posse comitatus enforcing state law the fed simply doesn’t have the resources to enforce compliance even with regular military.
Are you suggesting that ALL Arizonians voted for the Gun-Grabber-in-Chief, and that any apparent votes for Mr. Trump are the result of fraud on the Republican side? Or are you saying that Arizonians who did NOT vote for Joe "Lyin'" Biden are some how responsible for his 'election', and subsequent actions? If the latter, then perhaps (being in Germany) you hold a similar view, regarding Germans who did NOT vote for Hitler, and may have actively opposed his regime...
(Or perhaps you're simply a troll, who enjoys starting arguments... ;^)
Other FReepers have criticized - rather harshly, I'd say - for my original posting - which made it abundantly clear, I think, as to which side of 2A rights I stand on, which should establish my "creds" as a conservative.
My remarks did, indeed, pertain only to those Arizonians who voted for Biden.

Pretty up there, but the winters are brutal.

Makes sense to me. All of the self proclaimed sanctuary cities and states said they would not enforce federal immigration law and prohibit their law enforcement agencies from cooperating with the Feds, then 2A cities, counties and States should be able to the same.
