Thanks for that. It is so dismaying that I post what I consider to be a very nice and upbeat article about people helping people in real need and certain antagonists immediately trash it and me. If I need that level of abuse, I can go to DU or other such vile sites.
It’s almost enough to make me give up in FR. The tone has changed significantly for the worse.

Please don’t lose faith in FR. The crazies are a minority here although they try to make up for their lack of numbers by generating lots of noise and, quite frankly, nastiness.
But see, that's the BIG LIE right there, stuck in betwixt all your pretty sounding words. We common sense anti-covid vaxxers believe that people AREN'T in real need of a vax. Not only are they unnecessary, but harmful.
So imagine how creepy it must sound to us to hear someone happily gush about people getting the vax. Poor, innocent people who don't know any better. Who hear nothing but the lies put out by the deep state. Like that poor old man in the photo.

COVID-19 is a pretty contentious issue. And for some “sub-issues” like vaccines it can get downright nasty. There’s quite a bit of sourced information about vaccines both pro and con. Unfortunately, it’s not enough to present such information in a “FReeperly” manner. People that don’t agree with one’s position are now considered by some to be the “enemy”, etc, etc.
My suggestion is to 1) ignore and 2) if it continues to hit the Report Abuse link. Several posts have been pulled pertaining to COVID-19 that cross the line.

What to consider someone encouraging putting poison into an entire population.
There are only two choices. And neither one of them is friend. I name them deluded, or enemy.
On the other hand, the government vaxxer drone cult considers us free thinking, common sense anti-covid vaxxers the enemy, saying that we don't care about people (which is damaable lie) and name us enemy.
So there is iron in your words, Furry, for once. This is not a rhetorical debate for points. There are real world, short and long term consequences at stake. So dry your tears.

Yes, I agree that the folks there are friendly and look out for one another. I guess I’m surprised that government people going door to door handing out the “vaccine” wouldn’t be met with Patriots brandishing firearms. North Idaho is well-known as one of the most anti-government areas in the entire US.
They are t goi g door to door. People have to call to make an appointment to have them visit you, so they are invited guests.
