Second you know its all about the interpretation of certain words and phrases
Third you know from their own internal leaked documents and taped meetings, their real goals is disarming all people, under the guise of incrementalism and more and more so-called “common sense” laws

EOs are NOT included in the 14th Amendment.
States can legislate and nullify them.
Or, the governor can simply EO them into oblivion.
No State is Constitutionally required to impose fiat law in the form of Presidential Executive Orders.

Every bit of this needs challenged in court just on principal. I don’t expect to win, but there is a moral obligation to exhaust all reasonable means to redress grievances and assaults on civil rights.
But eos were all the rage just a few years ago.
That is why I can't understand HidenBiden's E.O. that shut down construction of the Wall. It was duly passed in Congress and signed into law in 2006? Pres. Trump finally got Congress to appropriate funds for that law and signed that appropriation law.
Under what reasoning could Biteme counter said laws with a "stroke of his pen?" Where are all the lawsuits from the Repubs and Judicial Watch and other NGO's?
