It is a bit disheartening to think this but here goes ... big businesses (BB) are going ‘woke’ because they have reviewed the voting processes across the country. What they seem to have decided is that despite Republican efforts to tighten up voting rules and regs it will not be enough to overcome the ability of the communists to ‘find’ enough votes in each election to insure a ‘D’ victory. Therefore knowing who the probable victor is going to be, BB is aligning themselves with in their eyes, the winning team.
The reason that BB is not concerned about the userious tax rates is that they can quickly move their official HQ to a more tax friendly country. The smart BBs have already set up a shell company in another country who will come to be the legal owners of the USA operations if needed.
