In a defining move, Houston Methodist Hospital will now make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for all employees who work there.
Houston Methodist's Dr. Marc Boom announced the vaccine mandate Wednesday, stating that employees must "lead by example." Houston Methodist is among the first of the major hospitals in the U.S. to make COVID-19 mandatory, Boom said.
"We see healthcare as a sacred duty, responsibility and privilege, frankly," Boom told Chron. "A big part of that is keeping patients safe by mandating the COVID-19 vaccine. Fundamentally the reason is that we want to be the safest hospital on the planet. We want to know that we're doing everything we can possibly do to keep our patients safe."
Right now, 95 percent of the managers and 100 percent of the executives at Houston Methodist have already been vaccinated, Boom said. It's now a critical next step to take to ensure the safety of the patients at Houston Methodist.
"When we talk to the general public, they expect healthcare workers who are taking care of them to be vaccinated and to protect them in every way." Boom said. "I learned early on what a privilege it is to care for people at their most vulnerable time. And how could look someone in the eye and say, 'no I'm not going to be vaccinated?' They're putting that trust, faith and vulnerability in our care"
Houston Methodist has been one of the leading vaccination centers in Houston, administering 470,000 vaccinations thus far. Boom said that there will be educational processes for those who remain vaccine hesitant.
"Obviously there is significant percentage of the population that is hesitant about the vaccine," Boom said. "We will help people get educated—logically, scientifically, medically based, but also compassionately with our values. We'll focus on trying to listen and help people

Mandatory that employees take an experimental injection that is NOT FDA approved. Good luck defending the lawsuits.

But then they would have to hire me back when the mass of vaccine-injured people start having issues that require hospitalization.
So the article states the percentage of the management which have been vaccinated. But they neglect to state what percentage of the health care workers have been vaccinated. Other threads have stated that the percentage is likely to be around 50%. However, I suspect that if wasn’t higher than 50%, the management probably wouldn’t have had the guts to call their bluff.
And when doctors on staff show evidence from VAERS and other verifiable sources that these vaccines are not safe?
You could not force me to take a J&J vaccine.
Show me THE MONEY!!!
I do not believe it is actually a vaccine, is it? I think that is just some slow acting bug juice they put into you.

US hits 4 million Covid-19 vaccine doses in a day for a new record!
The U.S. reported a record over the weekend with more than 4 million COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in 24 hours, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The nation now averages more than 3 million doses daily, according to CDC data.
I believe the CDC has already said it is a violation of federal law to force people to take the vaccine that is under emergency use authorization.
Looks like they are REALLY into mRNA technology.

First, I want to say that my family has not taken the vaccine. We are taking a wait and see approach since things have obviously been rushed.
I'm really hopeful that there will not be a "mass of vaccine-injured people". And I also doubt that this will occur.
However, if it does, it will be a cold day in you-know-where before the media would admit it. Without the acknowledgement that the deleterious effects were caused by the vaccine, the medical community will simply double down and insist that universal vaccination of health care workers is a must.
Thus, the only way out at that point (or at this point) is for health care workers to put their feet down and tell management to take a hike.
BFD.
Those of us in healthcare have been getting mandatory immunizations for decades.
This is End Times stuff.
Dont quit, force then to fire you.
...(except for our employees, who could be fired if they fail to comply).
How many vaccines have you received that were EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION vaccines?

Errr...whatever happened to Science?
How soon before they mandate it of any patients who come in?
