Not really hard to understand. For those of you from Rio Linda, "the perp had to steer his car away from the victim's car in order to avoid a collision." Better?
Just as I thought.🙄
I think there is actually a more descriptive name for them.
I had a semi intentionally chase me (for literally no reason) and force me off the road at about 85 mph with my wife and three kids clearly visible in the car. Sliding sideways on gravel at 85 is kind of fun. Had I been armed, he would have gotten shot or at least a few would have gone into his radiator. He chased me for several miles and my car was on the edge of control.
I had a nice conversation with the police a few minutes later with the police and the next morning with his employer.
But you’d get banned for using it.
Uncivilized comes with a high price for all.
Rage is another four letter word not useful.
Unfortunately black doesn’t cover the spread.,

Okay mommy.
Ouch!
May God bless that woman's family.
“Was the incident filmed?”
Most likely the cops determined the escape route he took and if it passed through any camera fields. At least one must have gotten his plates. He was unlikely to have changed plates prior to shooting.
Further I will bet he still had the gun in his possession.
You mean the victim forced the perp’s car off of the road? English isn’t hard if you get straight to the point.
I am so not surprised.
From what I’ve read Eberly didn’t hit the killer. He accidentally prevented the guy from merging. Then, Eberly says he slowed down and let Dreadlocks in. At which point the killer came alongside his car and shot into it, killing the mother of six.
These people were from Pennsylvania; Manheim is a beautiful small town in Lancaster County. Maybe they weren’t familiar with the road and didn’t react as quickly as they needed to on the interstate. It happens.
HOPE HIS DAMNED TAIL FEATHERS WERE SINGED AT LEAST, IF NOT TOTALLY BURNED OFF!
I MUST CONFESS, IN MY MISSPENT YOUTH, I PURPOSELY RAN
THE CAR I WAS DRIVING INTO ANOTHER CAR, ALL THE WHILE LAUGHING LIKE A HYENA ON LSD. I WAS IN LONDON IN A RENTED
MINI-COOPER, AND AS IT TURNED OUT, THE CAR I RAN INTO
AND CRUNCHED ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE FROM THE DRIVER’S
DOOR TO THE BUMPER, WAS A ROLLS-ROYCE CORNICHE CONVERTABLE.
I DON’T THINK IT WAS RENTED.
FUNNY STORY. ONE OF THE BEST LAUGHS I EVER HAD.
I FINALLY REALIZED WHY MOST CAR RENTAL AGENCIES
WOULDNT RENT TO ANY OIL RIG PERSONNEL.
I’M GRINNING NOW JUST THINKING ABOUT IT.
IF OUR PATHS CROSS AGAIN, AND WE HAVE THE TIME, I’LL TELL YOU THE WHOLE STORY. YOU’LL LOVE IT!
I’m guessing traffic cams.
‘Manheim is a beautiful small town in Lancaster County.’
it’s nice enough; I’ve always found it a bit gritty with Route 72 running right through the town with buildings no more than a few yards away...other than that, it’s fine...
and they’ve had a hell of a high school football program for the last thirty years...
