Collins, who is Black, came under fire after critics unearthed tweets she wrote in 2016. Many Asian Americans, she wrote, “believe they benefit from the ‘model minority’ BS’” and “use white supremacist thinking to assimilate and ‘get ahead.‘”
In her lawsuit, Collins alleges that instead of taking actions to protect “Black and Brown children from racist harassment and racist bullying, defendants opted to ‘burn’ the messenger, using a pretzel-twisted redirection of Ms. Collins’ seasoned social metaphors.”

Asians are still sacred for Q1 and possibly Q2 which is fast upon us.

Collins, who is Black,...
—
She looks like a Talcum X black.
It’s amazing how racists Blacks are against Asians. I do not understand their hatred and bigotry against Asians
Based upon personal observation, it is because blacks know that they are Americans, and resent foreigners buying the local market and selling expired goods at outrageous prices.
I think that’s a big part of it. The foreigners who come into their neighborhoods to sell “expired goods at outrageous prices” also watch their black customers like hawks to prevent loss by shoplifting. They also tend to hire people they can count on to be hard working and honest, usually family, relatives, but not local blacks.
I do understand the somewhat justifiable resentment. Black Americans see foreigners come in and become successful while they seem to be left behind. And it has been that was for a very long time. You might think they might decide that some of the blame for their being left behind is more than racism, perhaps maybe their approach to life, but they do not.
On the other hand, I also understand why immigrant Asian store owners behave the way the do. They are the only ones willing to risk doing business in, shall we say, marginal neighborhoods. They make their money, their children become doctors and lawyers and after a generation or two, they are replaced by the next wave of immigrants who understand business.
“Interlopers” to them.
They remind Blacks that if you work as hard as you can you can have a decent life. Blacks resent them for that.
That’s exactly not what I said, and also not what I have seen.
Yet another example of lawfare. This is what modern day warfare looks like, folks.
It's envy and jealousy. I've observed lots of racism of blacks toward Asians. Asians work hard, study hard, obey laws and better themselves. Many blacks do not. My wife is Chinese-American, born and raised in San Francisco. As a teen, she was jumped and beaten by blacks for no reason other than being Asian. Same for her siblings. This black against Asians has been going on a long time in San Francisco.
I remember all the reporting in the early 1980s after the Vietnam Boatlift about how the Vietnamese and Korean communities were thriving due to hard work and multi-generational family support networks.
There were also many stories in the Left-wing Activist Agitprop Press about how African-Americans were angry that Asians were leaping ahead of them on the socio-economic ladder.
All of this came to a head in the 1992 Los Angeles riots, which were the aftermath of Black-Korean tensions in 1991 and the arrest and beating of Rodney King.

But isn't this the root of much of their racist thinking these days. Everything from the Asians to Whites? Everyone who isn't black is their oppressors.
I am old enough to recall hearing black leaders telling white leaders to stay out of their community affairs. That the black community would fix their own cultural problems. Gee, how well has that worked? Of course we are not supposed to criticize them because that would mean a mirror needs to be held up for them to see. Instead we are chided and yelled at that we don't understand the 'black experience.' Any attempt to encourage a beneficial change in their black experience is wildly called racist.
And again here in this article we have a black woman attempting to sue the district. She believes her black privilege should protect her from her racist views. This might be a good test of the First Amendment in a funny way as it could help if the other races started suing the like of BLM, Antifa, and the Cancel Culture instead of waiting for law enforcement to do something.
She cannot expect to have offensive free speech without rebuttal, but if she can sue why not the Asian community and the White community?
The failure of the black community truly rests with themselves.
bull!
A real American would out work them.
You can’t make this stuff up.

“Let’s not forget how racist Blacks are against Jews”
Because of the higher costs of doing business there and perhaps a lack of competition, they charge higher prices, which the locals resent. They can readily see that these businesses are ‘taking advantage’ of them, but they are blind as to the reasons why the business can.
As I understand it, Arabs are today’s common targets of choice (I know Arabs are ‘Asian’, but they’re a different kind of Asian). And they are hated just as much as the Koreans and Jews before them.
Many black Americans escape the ghetto culture and become quite successful, but importantly, they leave the ghetto behind leaving the toxic ghetto culture intact.
Oh the Protestants
Hate the Catholics
And the Catholics
Hate the Protestants

The green one for living with
A fat one tryin’ to be a skinny one
Different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby dooby
Ooh sha sha
We got to live together”
