Quite possibly. Evidence of this is that they all possess the same evil ideas without even consulting with each other about them. All acting in unison, their evil is embedded within them. Fallen angels (Demons), quite possibly. Also, extraterrestrial control via mind control is possible and who assumes extraterrestrials would have the best of intentions towards we mere humans?
The sudden fascination from the government about “revealing the truth about UFOs” makes it sound like they might be thinking an upcoming event will actually happen (it will; though people debate the timing).
