A group of parents alarmed by what they see as left-wing indoctrination sweeping through K-12 schools on Tuesday announced a new online clearinghouse of information designed to help families navigate what’s happening in their children’s classrooms.
Nicole Neily, president of the group, Parents Defending Education, said parents are hungry for information to fight back against a curriculum that increasingly promotes racial and social justice ideology.
“There’s this feeling among some that this is just a New York and California thing, but it’s not; it’s everywhere,” she said. “It’s in private schools, parochial schools and red states.”
Schools across the country have adopted classwork and instructional models based on critical race theory, which teaches that the U.S. legal and governance systems are inherently racist and retain economic and political power for Whites by oppressing people of color.
In some classes, students are divided into groups according to their status as “oppressors” and “victims,” “privileged” or “resistors,” based on immutable characteristics such as the color of their skin.

It is about time for some pushback against woketardism.
COOL!!
Public K-12 has become counter-productive to education.
Time for it to be replaced with independent schools.
Kind of late to be waking up to this.
The indoctrination has been ongoing for decades.
The left took over all of the education schools at the same time they took over the journalism schools.
Everyone of their graduates have been programmed to deceive.
They’re right. It is EVERYwhere. In scale and scope.
We’ve had to fight this at our independent Catholic school. Even moreso since the nun who ran it died; they replaced her with a lay woman who signs all her correspondence “Peace”. I know what that means. “I’m a hippie.”
All along it has shown that the Diversity and Environmental Religions are very important.
As mentioned, it’s all over private also.
Reading and Riting, and Rithmatic have been declared RACIST!
And the hickory stick is forbidden.
We are on an on-line only program, the only interaction with a “teacher” is if I reach out.
With the exception of algebra every courses primary theme is whitey is bad. Every reading assignment in the Language course featured some Karen of yesteryear or slave.
History was essentially the same but surprisingly the on-line history book partner was quite good.
This semester American history has been replaced with Washington state history and the woke-ism is so thick I’m sparing my son the BS.
All it takes is one generation and then it simply becomes “the way things are.”
“It’s everywhere”
My daughter is now 35.
We need Separation of School and State!
It was everywhere thirty and more years ago.
Keep children away from public schools
A friend of G. Gordon Liddy, and wise to current events, because of his own experience with socialism:
Balint Vazsonyi, author of America’s 30 Years War
http://www.balintvazsonyi.org/warbook.html
Excerpt from “About America’s 30 Years War” - from that website:
Hungarian-born historian and world-renowned concert pianist Balint Vazsonyi [knew] first-hand what it means to live under an authoritarian regime and makes a powerful case that it is.
Drawing on his personal experiences living under different versions of socialism, Vazsonyi describes how our hard-won freedoms are being gradually eroded.
Vazsonyi traces the essence of what makes America unique back to the founders and exposes the dangerous trends that are undermining the founders’ original intent.
Vazsonyi documents how America’s founding principles -— rule of law, individual rights, the guarantee of property, and a common American identity -— are being gradually replaced by government-mandated group rights, redistribution, and multiculturalism.
The thirty years war is being fought between promoters of liberty, individual rights, moral guidance on one side; and believers in human reason as the supreme power, with government as its central authority on the other . . .
With unmistakable clarity, Vazsonyi shows how every time America moves away from its founding principles it moves in the direction of a system in which “social justice” is pursued through ever-greater government control.
No Grade School teacher would be allowed to direct her class to sing that song. Way too many triggers, now that I think about it! “Reading & Riting & Rithmatic, taught to the
tune of THE HICKORY STICK!!
I always thought it was just a nifty little song.
Republicans do it too.....read how the interpret the civil war.
I’m in semi rural Tn near Nashville and we get a fair amount of it
Kids are taught ad nauseum about Rosa Parks and MLK with zero context
Just the sappy stuff
Very little on the founders...
Everything is tainted with racism and slavery as the original sins of the white race which destroys any notions we have about America or the West or civilization
It’s a neurosis
Young girl teachers in their 20s for the most part lap it up like a Chanel bag
Plenty here share this same perspective
1. DENIAL > GRIEF > ANGER > RESISTANCE > SACRIFICE > FREEDOM
2. DENIAL > CYNICISM > DEPRESSION > BARGAINING > ACCEPTING > SLEEPWALKING
All of the people who have gone through an education school to become a teacher in the past 30 years has been indoctrinated and taught how to indoctrinate others.
That’s why this is not just a public school problem, private schools are hiring the same graduates of indoctrination centers.
