You are correct. But something behind the scenes must have changed. Their initial plan judging by things I read was to burn every swinging Richard that they could pin on being there. Who knows what changed but one can bet their donkey it wasn’t their hearts.

Which is, there are dozens of USCP officers who are part and parcel of the “scores of lower-level cases” clogging the D.C. federal district court!!

Yep. These are all things we knew. It was all for show to distract from the steal. They stole this election so bad it took a pandemic and Capitol Hill riots and now over run by immigrants and other things to hide it. Why. Because the truth is going to come out and a lot already has. They want to report in other things to take eyes off of it. Next will be riots over the Floyd case. They will keep this up as long as they can. They care nothing about human lives. Hear anything else about the girl that was shot during the Capitol Hill riots or the shooter.
They do not want a ‘discovery’ to take place....................
Boom. Nailed it. Same with other things. Fake lawsuits about the voting machines don’t want discovery coming out. They are about to get a look at ballots and will find a lot of fake ballots so they will need another distraction. It will catch up with them. They will push as much through as possible until then.
The biden administration is already an embarassment.
Everyone arrested will face bankrupting legal costs, even if not convicted.
