Occurred on March 21, 2021 / Iceland Info from Licensor: Extremely rare drone video footage of the entire collapse of the erupting volcano in Iceland which happened a few days ago. My video is shot from the right angle/side and captures the very moment when tons of lava spills out of the crater.

Pretty incredible collapse. In another video I saw, a camera on the ground caught the action with probably a couple of sightseers in the foreground more or less casually getting to their feet and moving away (can't post it; it's full of profanity).

couple of sightseers ...couple of HUNDRED sightseers...

Great video, but it needs something to give a sense of scale. How big is that river of lava? That forming cone?

Hey, I just found another video of the collapse with all the sightseers in the foreground here => https://www.ruv.is/frett/2021/03/21/kvikustreymid-braut-ser-nyja-leid .
You can still hear the participants swearing a little bit, but it's not as bad as that other site, where even the url had the f-word in it.
But anyway, this second video with the sightseers gives you a little better sense of the scale. It's looks big, but not a Mount Saint Helens.
To: LibWhacker
Oh, to see the video that was taken on the ground, with all the sightseers in view, watch the second video on that page.

Thanks for that link. It certainly does provide a better sense of scale. Those people are really risking their lives. One good burp and they would be buried in lava or have volcanic bombs landing all around them.

It looks like what I imagined Mt Doom to look like after the ring was destroyed.

This is the best vantage point of the eruption -- and I'm still in my pjs. Now, cue somethin' up...

If I were one of these atheletes I’d kneel and make sure everyone knew it was against hypocritical government creating dual law by giving the violent criminals of BLM a pass.

Based on the predictions of our government scientists, due to mankind (oops, I mean woke humankind) caused global warming, the whole earth will look like this in 10 years.

If I were one of those athletes, I’d be using my athleticism to get away from the volcano.
