Yes, there is a law. It's the writ of quo warranto. States or Congress could also de-certify the election results. The presidency wasn't the only election that was stolen.

Nope, there are no mechanisms. Just because it is uncharted territory doesn’t mean there are an infinite number of mechanisms. It is not possible to overturn a fraudulent federal election that has been certified by the states and accepted by congress.
