The COVID pandemic has been a tragedy, no doubt. But it has exposed profound issues in America that threaten the principles of freedom and order that we Americans often take for granted.
First, I have been shocked at the unprecedented exertion of power by the government since last March—issuing unilateral decrees, ordering the closure of businesses, churches, and schools, restricting personal movement, mandating behavior, and suspending indefinitely basic freedoms. Second, I was and remain stunned—almost frightened—at the acquiescence of the American people to such destructive, arbitrary, and wholly unscientific rules, restrictions, and mandates.
The pandemic also brought to the forefront things we have known existed and have tolerated for years: media bias, the decline of academic freedom on campuses, the heavy hand of Big Tech, and—now more obviously than ever—the politicization of science. Ultimately, the freedom of Americans to seek and state what they believe to be the truth is at risk.
Let me say at the outset that I, like all of us, acknowledge that the consequences of the COVID pandemic and its management have been enormous.
Read and then help right the enemy-within that has attacked this country...remember the Mid-Terms; Let's clean up this unconstitutional mess...vote them out of office!
In the beginning I think most Americans were frightened enough, in part because of the fear porn the news kept delivering us and in part because of so little we were allowed to know about the virus, treatments, how it is spread etc. So most people were happy to just sit it out “2 weeks to flatten the curve” as their civic duty. Emergency powers or not.
2 weeks is now into year 2. People won’t put up with it for much longer. That said, I have no idea what the “new normal” will look like. Vaccine passports is totally unproven, untested, and could likely be easily hacked, faked etc. Of the 100 million people who have received at least 1 dose of one of the vaccines - they all have handwritten cards given to them. Are we going to believe that all these cards will have to be re-validated and entered into some kind of universal database? And you thought the vaccine rollout logistics was hard.
This is an idea that is doomed to fail.
What we have is not “science” in the real sense of the word, but “syenz” which is substituted in the bizarro world we have inherited.
Likewise, “politics” has morphed into “polyticks”, a most pernicious sort of external parasite which attaches and draws blood, while injecting a most venomous kind of toxin that destroys the capability for critical thinking and rational action.
The COVID-19 virus was engineered in a laboratory in Wuhan, China, and denial of that stark fact is feeding all the “syenz” and “polyticks”.

The attempt to take over the government of the United States, began in earnest just over a year ago. Next, some sort of “Vaccine Passport” is going to be established. Without it, you may well be limited in where you can go, what you can do, what you can buy, etc. You may not even be allowed to have one, if you are a White Supremacist. And you know, the “WhiteSupers” are anyone the Left doesn’t like.

Does truth ever prevail? Rarely it seems. Its usually paved over by lies, distortions, and deceit.
Make it an “emergency,” and then you get the authority to side step procedures, regulations, laws, basic constitutional rights, legal reviews, public discussion or contradict oneself and apply double standards etc.
If it’s an emergency and it’s a liberal idea you can talk about how you base your decisions on “science,” like the 6 now 3 foot social distancing, closing now opening schools, closing public chlorinated pools, hot UV/sunlit saltwater beaches, public parks... but as long as you say it’s based on “science,” and it’s a liberal idea, it must be true!
Everything today is an “emergency,” and based on “Science!” Like the science of the gay gene and global warming where not one time the climate has changed as predicted and their models have unexplained constants to give the answers they want... The fact and science of evolution which is based on 5 assumptions and not reproducible nor what we see in nature (i.e. the mutation issue of evolution).
Covid-19, border, global warming, Obama care, ozone hole, DDT ban, economic stimulus, gun rules... Everything is an emergency, and if it’s a liberal idea, it’s based on science.
Truth??? Truth for its own sake??? NOTHING is held in greater contempt by those who have succumbed to the decadence of Western Civilisation, the foundation of which is Truth, wherever it may present itself.
The answer to the title question is “no, of course not.”
It’s already in existence. You need a special kind of ID now, just to get on a plane.
