S1 Slammed As 'Political Corruption' As Republicans Go All-In On Attacking Dems' Election Reform Bill

Republicans are launching a full-court press against the congressional Democrats’ wide ranging election and campaign finance reform bill.

"It’s political corruption," the announcer charges in a new commercial that is part of a major ad blitz by the National Republican Senatorial Committee starting Monday. "Stop the grab. Stop the fraud."

The Senate GOP reelection arm is spending seven figures to run the spots in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and New Hampshire, four states they hope to flip from blue to red in the 2022 midterms, when Republicans will aim to win back the majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

The bill ‒ formally known as the "For the People Act," or as H.R.1 in the House and S.1 in the Senate ‒ passed the Democratic-controlled House earlier this month along party lines.

While it now faces an uncertain future in the equally divided Senate, where Democrats in the chamber say it will be a top priority when the Senate session resumes in early April, it is unifying Republicans in opposition.

Longtime Republican operative and strategist Colin Reed said of the measure: "To me, feels like a messaging bill that the Democrats are putting forward that doesn’t really have a chance at becoming law. But it gives Republicans something to rally around and unite and move the conversation forward into the future."

The Left is unable to credibly prove that their proposed takeover of the election process is a race issue. They use this constantly as a way of scaring WONKs and others into buying into their lies. None of the suggested Georgia law items target race or social standing. All are big lies to pull another sham that would involve the perpetuation and promotion of voter fraud.

The only thing that motivates the Washington Generals is keeping their jobs. I guess they see this as enough of a threat to their place at the public trough that they want to make an impotent fuss?

The time for that was well before Nov. 3 2020. Embrace the suck.

“”...As Republicans Go All-In On Attacking Dems’ Election Reform Bill...”

So little so late. These ignorant ‘Republicans’ challenge the Liberal effort to put their cheating on a formal and established basis...AS IF it’s something new and unusual.

What does it take for “Republicans’ to REALLY throw down the gauntlet and admit that voter fraud existed long before the last election and proceed to challenge the entire record of Liberal cheating? Is it some kind of holy secret no one wants to address?

Is this the ‘last stand’ of the GOP to stop the Communist turnover of the Federal government?

If so, will the GOP finally set up Harris for denying her tie-breaking vote as VP in that body because she is not qualified to hold the office of Vice President?

IMHO, Republicans should not allow the Dems to falsely label their bill as the “For the People” bill.

Instead, Republicans should call that bill what it is: the “Death to America” bill — with links to the most egregious problems with the bill, such as:

(1) Dead people can legally “vote”.

(2) Ballot “harvesters” can legally collect — and alter — “votes” from nursing homes, hospitals and cemeteries.

(3) “Absentee ballots” can legally be “cast” and submitted after the “preliminary” vote totals through the election date are reported.
