In a case that's drawing a lot of attention based on the insane level of leniency shown, two 14-year-olds who bullied, murdered, danced on the body of, and filmed a helpless 13-year-old, have been let off with the mother-of-all-slaps-on-the-wrist by a Riverside County Superior Court Justice.
According to local radio station KTLA:
Two 14-year-old Southern California boys who beat a fellow student in 2019, causing his death, won’t go to jail but must undergo anger management therapy, a judge ruled.
Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs imposed the therapy as a probation condition before releasing the teenagers to their parents on Thursday, the Riverside Press-Enterprise reported Friday.
On Sept. 16, 2019, the teenagers were videotaped attacking 13-year-old Diego Stolz outside classrooms at Landmark Middle School in Moreno Valley, east of Los Angeles. One boy struck the teenager in the head from behind and he fell, hitting his head against a pillar. The boys then continued punching the boy, who died nine days later from a brain injury.Last fall, the boys entered the equivalent of guilty pleas in juvenile court last fall to involuntary manslaughter and assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury. They spent 47 days in juvenile custody.
The helpless 13-year-old orphan had been bullied, brutalized, begged for help from the teachers' unionized school officials whose fat-salaried job was to protect him, and got nothing. They let him get murdered. And early on, they callously blamed the kid's family for his killing, instead of themselves. The case makes one's blood boil.
How can a 13-year-old's life be worth absolutely nothing? The kid was an orphan, living with his aunt and uncle, who are now suing the school district for its lazy indifference. They'll get money no doubt, but the kid still lays dead,

Since there's no 'hint of race' we can assume the killers were 'of color' and the victim was white or Hispanic...
The highly degreed and accredited leaders of the left coast do bring up and train some interesting characters for sure. They’re a credit to progressive education.

So, when either of these two thugs murder another person (and we know they will) the judge will be held accountable?
This murder is so heartbreaking! Damn society!
Oddly enough, if they are black or Hispanic, this might help resolve the situation. Because blacks and Hispanics do not get along.
Simply put, someone could put out a contract to give these two murderers a bad ending. Plus start a rumor that it was the judge himself, Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs, who ordered the hit.
This would certainly spice things up around there.

I never said that about Dems, although you are right others here have.
No murderer of any race or faith is acceptable.
My comment meant all people hold their breath and watch for clues as to my criteria. Example: The Leftist rulers of America were starting to blast away at white toxic supremacist males—— when they saw the ugly Muslim who “laughed at us” as a victim’s friend said as the killer slaughtered helpless, terrified people in Colorado. They clammed up quickly.
Didn’t fit their preferred narrative. That’s what I meant.
When a police officer has an incident in which the suspect is dead it is quickly called “police out to murder us” and “police out of control.” Then come the facts 1-3 days later on.
When blacks and Dems hear of a little girl sitting in her kitchen and being hit and killed by a spray of bullets from a drive-by group of teens getting back at rivals——they stay quiet.
When a grandmother happens to be walking back from the store and is on the wrong sidewalk at the wrong time and gets shot by thugs aiming for their enemies past her-—they stay quiet.
Do you hear Biden and Kamala have tearful speeches about the black on black crime in Chicao and elesewhere? Never.
Wait till black dems finally realize that the Hispanics are here to push them to the back of the bus..... Hispanics can do for the dem party what blacks could never do...Give them total state power like in California.... Hispanics shot down affirmative action for blacks in California... Nothing much the dems could do about it...
Did they turn these two recent immigrant hispanic boys loose? because there are some families that want to get up close and personal with them.
Clear case where the Victim’s Family should get Justice Themselves. I’d include the Judge if it were my relative.

Make Riverside County Superior Court Judge Roger A. Luebs the legal guardian of these two and have them live with him until they’re 18. Any call to the police or social services are to be ignored.
So we are in agreement...an orphan living with his aunt and uncle...that’s family from where I come from.
