Apparently all other crimes are “love crimes”.
We were really stepping in it coming up with that “hate(sic)” crime totalitarian thought crime nonsense.
There should be ZERO add-one to real crimes. No special gun charges, or thought charges.
That was the rapist in the 90s who pushed it, I think.
It was INSANE.
And it IS a thought crime that is being punished...never thought of it that way, much more scary that way.
Yeah and which crimes exactly are done out of love and fondness and caring and giving?
The idea was that crimes against one group could spin out of control like in 1930s Germany, I guess.
Or it was a way to make hatred towards white Christians (the only ones who ever really get charged with it) stronger and stronger.
BTW, of 20 “hate crimes” against asians in NYC last year, 11 were from blacks, 7 from hispanics and 2 from us crackas.
I posted that on twitter about 30 times today. I never do that. I guess I snapped.
