Democrat policy on crime, policing, and prosecution is a complete disaster, and the crime statistics from 2020 will reflect this. It will be blamed on the pandemic, but undercutting the police and releasing criminals back on the street because #BLM is the real cause.

Urban America is Democratic, lawless and unlivable. Urban real estate both residential and commercial is dropping in value and vacancies are increasing. Wealthy foreigners once invested in urban realestate as a safe haven for their wealth. Their wealth no longer gets invested and no longer gets converted into UD dollars. IMHO the economic situation throughout the US will worsen considerably as the Biden policies are implemented and will not only cause inflation but will markedly lessen American production and productivity in all sectors of the economy.
