Not just jailing them; but cut out the long delays in reaching judgement, also cutting the soft sentencing. (But I suspect that many of the judges and lawyers have skeletons in their closets that give them a guilty conscience; and therefore their lenient opinions.)
The problem with that photo, for the Left, is that they’ve broadened the definition of an “active shooter/mass casualty event”’ in an attempt to make it seem like they happened all the time. Doing that, they’ve had to include a lot of folks they don’t want in the sample. Ergo, they don’t want anyone other than white guys.
Well, look at the photo. It’s easy to pick out the white guys because they’re not a lot of them.
As usual, the Left can screw up a wet dream.
Reducing the number of mentally unbalanced persons walking the streets of the USA will end this issue.

What we really have are too many lonely young men who are detached and sociopathic, and have been made that way by 90 years of ever-increasing Progressive social policies.
Taking our guns will also reduce the US population by tens of thousands maybe even hundreds of thousands.
Figure a team of 8-12 people sent to take someone firearms and he kills only 5 of them before they kill him. That’s 6 people. Now consider that they need to take 200 million firearms that mean oh, wait someone will run out of people pretty fast.
I think in the end we keep our guns, just like the British tried to take them to no avail.
