What You Shouldn’t Forget About China
American Thinker.com ^ | March 27, 2021 | Marion D.S. Dreyfus

China, the Peoples Republic, is on the move. We all know that. We also know that due to Biden relatives’ dealings with President-for-life Xi, our new Administration, helmed by Joe Biden, is severely compromised and flatfooted with respect to prudent interaction with the populous monolith. Morally. Financially. Even categorically.

But is that all we need be concerned with? There are other, undiscussed but highly relevant, variables impacting on our delicate- balance dealings with the PRC.

We are correctly concerned with the official threat presented by a newly assertive Communist China, especially under the lifetime stewardship/despotic regime of Xi JinPing, in for life.

The Chinese Navy, in a population of better than 1.4 billion people, give or take, is now acknowledged as formidable by military leaders such as our State Department and such former military as four-star General Jack M. Keane, former Vice Chief of Staff of the US Army. A no-nonsense former paratrooper and formidable company commander, Keane knows whereof he speaks when he addresses threats in the Pacific theatre.

Those paying attention to the juggernaut of the Peoples Republic, especially under the auspices of Xi and the significant feebleness of the new White House under a severely compromised chief executive, should be mindful of the dangerous imbalance.

Here’s an idea for you. 14% of the Asian ancestry enrollees at Harvard are from red China. Rather than discriminating against US citizens of Asian ancestry in favor of other people of color in Harvard admissions, why not toss out the Red Chinese and replace them with African Americans or other favored people of color to express their inclusiveness virtue.

It certainly will not be for their academic value.

Red China = CCP members who are not the Chinese people.

WRT China, Joe Biden is severely compromised and flatfooted; dont expect the demented
doofus to exercise prudent interaction.....Morally...... Financially....... Even categorically.

Judging from the recent tongue-lashing the weak Biden State Dept got in Alaska,
China does not find Joe Biden’s military of woke Generals, transsexuals,
and pregnant female soldiers very intimidating.

“Red China = CCP members who are not the Chinese people”

True. The point is just as we did not allow visas for soviet students to study here under the old USSR because of the security risks it entailed, we should not allow visas to students living under the CCP. Unquestionably, the spying issue is real and the last thing we want to be doing is providing Western STEM educations to the citizens of the nation posing the largest threat to the US. Trump was moving in this direction in curtailing their education visas. Biden, of course, won’t do it

CIRCA 2020
Allegations and evidence WRT the Biden Crime Family's vast China business dealings;
Hunter Biden reportedly has a direct phone line to the CCP Politburo

WJLA ^ | 10/26/2020 | Stephen Loiaconi / FR Posted on 10/26/2020, 5:41:29 PM by marcusmaximus
Documents released in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential race have shed some new light on the business dealings of former Vice President Joe Biden’s son and other relatives, but many questions remain about both the sources of the records and their relevance to Biden’s bid for the presidency. “I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life,” Biden said during a debate with President Donald Trump.

Biden’s denials have not stopped then-candidate Trump from demanding the Justice Department investigate his opponent for unspecified crimes or asserting that Biden is “COMPROMISED” by his family’s financial ties to China and other countries.

Earlier this month, emails allegedly recovered from a laptop that once belonged to Biden’s son Hunter were obtained by The New York Post. Subsequently, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski, came forward to verify some of those emails and lodge his own accusations against the Bidens.-snip- Here is what we know about Hunter Biden’s business activities and how they became intertwined with his father’s tenure as vice president and his presidential campaign. Beginning in 2013 Dec. 2013 Hunter Biden flew to Beijing with his then-VP father, and his daughter Finnegan, on Air Force Two on official US business in China.

During the China visit, Hunter met with one of his business partners, a Chinese banker named Jonathan Li. Hunter and Li were both involved with Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., an investment firm that was officially registered less than two weeks after Hunter’s visit.

As VP, on the taxpayers' dime, Joe Biden later wrote a letter of recommendation for CCP banker, Jonathan Li's son......
this according to Hunter Biden's infamous laptop emails.

Journos and other US officials on the China trip say they had no idea Hunter was conducting personal business in China (on the taxpayers' dime).

Hunter held a position on BHR’s board of directors while his father was VP and Obamas point man in China, and became a shareholder with a 10% stake in the CCP company in Oct. 2017. (NOTE That investment is now worth some $50 million.) (Excerpt) Read more at wjla.com ...

He’ll increase it if anything else because higher ed needs their tuition money and because its what his Mainland Boss wants.

They cannot feed themselves, and China under communism is too corrupt to do good science.

I was reading yesterday that various countries including the U.S. are scrambling to make up the chip manufacturing capacity of Taiwan. Hopefully the people there are able to get out of Dodge.

Hopefully we also starve the beast of tech but not food. What worries me is that Russia is very capable of good science.

Those foreign Chinese students are paying full fare. In addition, there are often large “gifts” and “endowments” paid to the greedy institutions to ensure the admissions process goes smoothly. Meanwhile our homegrown minorities (the fashionable, favored ones) rarely pay for their own education — they’re all scholarship cases. University administrators will prostitute their own daughters in exchange for a new state-of-the-art science wing.

I agree to all your points. That is why the only way to cut them off is to deny them education visas and shut the self interested educational institutions out of the decision process. That is what Trump was considering doing, shutting down their education visas, especially for STEM.

Hunter visited China five times w/ Secret Service protection apparently using govt aircraft

Hunter’s abandoned laptop has evidence far worse/darker than you even thought

Hunter Biden had business ties with CCP president Xi Jinping himself.

Hunter’s Laptop emails link the Bidens to possible Chinese espionage,

Hunter’s notorious laptop suggests the Biden family was involved in treasonous CCP-backed business arrangements,

The Bidens’ collective activities imperiled the safety and security of Americans and their families.

The CCP is not the Chinese people. The Chinese people are a diverse group and most of them have little loyalty or even love for the CCP.

Yes, it is likely that China will make a move on Taiwan and that move could be soon, but I still think their preference is to do it without military action. Military action would bring condemnation and sanctions against the CCP and cause them to lose face.

The CCP wants Taiwan to join them and they are exerting influence there the same way they do here in the US and elsewhere. They economically co-opt the wealthy and influential through corporatism and promises of open markets in China. The uber-wealthy in Taiwan will climb into bed with the CCP just like our own here in the US.

If China “invades” Taiwan it will cause a shift in Asia that has major repercussions for China. Japan will further militarize as will South Korea. China’s western flank will also face an increasingly vigilant India, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.

Trump had a good strategy despite an uneven board and the erosion of support via the UN and the Chinese influence campaign. Xi is a dictator and he is not getting any younger, but the CCP plans for the long-term and there are many negative consequences to a military incursion into Taiwan.

On the heels of the CCP virus and their behavior there is not a lot of love for China at the moment around the world so if they stick to their long term plan they will wait to move on Taiwan. It is hard to tell what they will do. It’s never their long-term plan that is in question, it is just how long they will take to accomplish it.

Here is how we got to where we are at now
BIDEN WIN IS AN AWARD TO CHINA FOR INVADING US USING COVID 19

Every time an American looked at an item for where it was made in it came from China. Now China’s reliance making everything was being threatened by a change in leadership in America which was a major consumer of those products. When Americans hailed their leaders decision to make many of them in their country US. Their politburo worried.

Worse yet opponents to the Chinese regime in power had its citizens protesting its policies , as in Hong Kong, since that change in American leadership, wave the American flag and present Trump’s name when doing so.

All of which presented those in power the need to destroy that leader Donald Trump. In totalitarian political circles this strategy has been reported to be frequently considered Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? And allow those aligned with the CCP in control to corrupt the election. Thus wind up fragmenting its economy and create defeat for that leader’s upcoming election. When they released it that was the CCP intention but it got away from them and went world wide and they should be made to pay

There was a compliment paid to the CCP by the Biden campaign for doing this which they admitted really helped get Biden elected http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3940857/posts
