My response is always...”I will answer your question if you can explain to me from what alternate higher morality comes the framing of your question? Do you have a higher God that gives you context and authority in questioning my own? Are you a pot that was given a voice to question its maker?” Sometimes I simplify by asking...”I will answer you question when you can tell me...what makes a thing morally right and what makes a thing morally wrong in your view?”

A question like that is impossible to answer unless one remembers that while we are to acknowledge Christ as Savior we don’t have to answer for why God does what he does. Sometimes like our Lord before the San Hedrin, we can simply stay silent.
