Brazil’s fatality rate is increasing faster than their case rate, and their case rate increase is not slowing down. This would likely be indicative of a health care system under serious duress / unable to keep up with serious and critical cases.
For 3/26, Worldometers shows Brazil with 3600 fatalities on that day. 7 day avg. is up to 2400 fatalities per day. The trends’ increases look pretty steady.
