The White House is confirming that President Joe Biden intends to push ahead with plans to increase gun control laws via executive order.
The news comes in the wake of two mass shootings earlier this month, in Atlanta and Boulder, Colo., in which a total of 18 people were killed. The violent episodes have renewed the debate over gun control, with Congress continuing to appear too sharply divided on the issue to make passage of legislation appear very likely.

Okay, can somebody please tell me how it’s possible for executive orders to supersede a law in the constitution or in the bill of rights?
If XOs become superior to any part of the constitution or the bill of rights, then, it’s entirely possible to XO the constitution and the BOR to death, and then, we’d have no constitution and no bill of rights. We’d end up with a tyrannical regime, which is likely what the democrats have in mind.
I guess that means that Hunter Biden will be immediately arrested for LYING on a government form when he got his gun permit..he lied and said he was not doing drugs, etc..oh wait almost forgot silly me, he’s a BIDEN so its good carry on
If Mister Biden and his fellow Dems gave a darn about saving lives, then why no major, public, and comprehensive criminal investigation into the ordering of infected China virus folks into nursing homes, who held the nations most vulnerable and least mobile and least able to speak up for themselves?
Thousands of lives lost in icky, horrible ways apparently due to decisions that demand investigation, and at perhaps least some measure of caring by Dems

Hunter Biden’s gun went missing after HALLIE BIDEN — widow to his late brother Beau, who was involved with Hunter romantically at the time — disposed of it in a trash can outside a Delaware grocery store, which was near a high school. That prompted a response from state and federal law enforcement.
