I wouldn't bet on it - the courts sat on their hands (offering various & sundry legal excuses) while the election was being stolen, and probably won't want to touch this issue, either. If SCOTUS does eventually weigh in, there's no guarantee they won't flush the Constitution, out of fear of court packing...

Not really. There is a lot more to manufacturing something than most people realize. Making a bump stock is likely pretty easy by comparison but it still takes time and most importantly MONEY. At this point who is going to invest money in making something that could literally be shut down before the first unit is even sold? Slide Fire is out of business to my knowledge and probably lost a huge pile of money.
I’m in the defense business and you will see them again. There is demand and SloJos mandates are going nowhere.
Slide Fire is only one company of many. When I bought mine I had more than 10 manufacturers to choose from.
