At least it’s a test. If it gets past the courts, and if Arkansas can withstand the inevitable boycotts — then it worked. Otherwise, it’s just a show. However, if Noem successfully forms a coalition of states to fight it, and prevails against the courts and boycotts, then that will make her right.

Historically, young boys can’t wait to use their biological body parts with girls, not cut them off and run races against them. I just have a difficult time believing that the number who do are statistically significant. And if that law devastates them, that is good. It is not nearly as devastating as irrevocable surgery.

Hopefully there are some rational people around the South Dakota Garden Gnome to tell her political career outside of SD is over. Time to do the right thing, not what the wholly corrupt Chamber / Wall St Journal puppeteers want.

Then what happens when the NCAA prohibits Arkansas colleges from participating in sports with other colleges? I think Noem had the right idea. Ban this at the high school level and lower, but let colleges see what happens when they do this nonsense. After all, college educated women and feminists are big Democrat supporters. Let them stew in their own juice.
