What you never hear during campaigns (local, state, or national) is a listing of all the accomplishments (other than throwing money at everything) democrats have achieved. The reason is because there aren’t any. If one gives even a cursory glance at local, state, or national offices held by democrats one only sees failure and incompetence. How can they keep being elected? Corruption can be the only answer.

Additional factors contribute to their staying power. They have the media behind them; they control all the institutions in our society; they indoctrinate our children through control of the education establishment; they don’t hesitate to spend tax money to buy votes; and they are good at propaganda.
They also have the luxury of an “opponent” like the GOP which is perma-weak and never really poses any real resistance.
Finally, the Democrats are very aggressive and they are always on offense. You have to give them (grudging) credit for the way they fight for their causes. They are also very good at branding, energizing and promoting their campaigns to achieve liberal objectives.
In short, they are a formidable politic adversary and we don’t have a party on our side to fight for us.
