Former President Barack Obama left a note to Trump, reading in part: “This is a unique office, without a clear blueprint for success, so I don’t know that any advice from me will be particularly helpful … American leadership in this world really is indispensable. It’s up to us, through action and example, to sustain the international order that’s expanded steadily since the end of the Cold War, and upon which our own wealth and safety depend.”
Obama is so full of it it’s still unbelievable after all these years. And if he had no “blueprint for success” he never should have been anywhere near office.

Being gracious doesn’t cost you anything........................ Exactly right. And as much as I like Trump, his life as president would have been made much easier if he had been gracious at opportune times no matter how undeserved. If you occasionally blow smoke up the asses of vain losers like McStain and Milt instead of insulting them, they will work with you instead of against you.
