If the Democrat narrative is correct that people are in danger every time they go to the store, and he was just there shopping, then maybe everybody in the place was safer for him being there.

Yes, but was he wearing a mask? If not he might have been a danger to somebody.
Our shopping carts have rifle racks - that little kiddy seat is for the pistols.
