I don’t see Zaks saying what the article claims he said. In the quote

the “line of code” he refers to seems to be the mRNA itself, not the DNA. For it to be otherwise, the mRNA would have to penetrate into the cell nucleus, and insinuate itself into the DNA. I see no suggestion here that that ever happens.

Her doctor told her that the reason that she was feeling so bad was that she was in withdrawal; it had been more than six months since her first injection. It was WV1 (Wuhan Virus 1) 2019-2020 shutdown, no doctor office visits, etc.
When she was able to finally have an office visit, she readily received that second Prolia injection.
Mom now has rheumatoid arthritis, which does not run in her family.

Just a few years ago it was discovered that viruses invading a cell CAN cause changes to the cell’s DNA. Evidently most such changes are random changes without consequence to the affected organism.
Infrequently, however, it is the sex cells of the organism that get their DNA modified and the changed DNA gets passed on to future generations. If the modifications are not harmful, then the genome of the entire species might include this harmless sequence of genetic coding.
It is worth noting that these genetic changes are not beneficial to the viruses that cause them. The changes are essentially just random.
The concern with mRNA vaccines is not that they intentionally modify DNA. Rather, the concern is that they UNINTENTIONALLY modify DNA.
If viruses can occasionally modify a cell’s DNA despite getting no benefit from such modification, how can we rule out the possibility that mRNA vaccines might modify DNA? Perhaps only time will tell.
Until we know better I will hope that I benefit from my vaccine and eventually die from one of the several other causes that are sneaking up on me.
Some people’s DNA could stand some modification.

My Mom years ago had a rash on her hand that persisted. She was concerned about all the possible side effects listed for the medication she was prescribed. I actually advised her not to use the medication. There appeared to be so little upside to the medication that it didn’t seem to offset what we knew were very unlikely but quite serious downsides.
It’s my firm belief that other than what the present Communist regime is preaching about different “variants” or “mutations” occurring with WV1 (Wuhan Virus 1), completely different biologically - engineered viruses are being vectored into various parts of the world.
Whether or not they are still being processed in the Wuhan Biological Warfare Lab is, well, unknown. Its received so much attention that they may have moved the lab elsewhere.
But consider the very likely instance that any other viral organism (or bacterial) may be vectored in via biowarfare labs, including USAMRIID and CDC - Atlanta and other CDC sites, within what used to be the U.S.
