Clearly John Locke’s warnings have been vindicated. Private property ownership is much more than a house. It is the root of a prosperous, healthy, human society based on the individual’s freedom to live a life of his own, gaining from the fruits of his own labor. Take that option away and the people always react the same way. They stop producing...

Would you still agree when a near majority of Apartment Complexes have foreign ownership - either Communist Chinese or Indian? And these companies are the most aggressive in late fees, evictions and do on? These are the slum lords of today.

We need laws restricting foreign ownership as is done in most of the world.

Another example is the “vacancy tax” that is now being used against investors who don’t rent out their properties to tenants. In places like SF and Oakland, a tax (penalty) is now assessed, essentially forcing property owners to rent out their properties.

However, the Supreme Court has long held that a fundamental property right is the right to exclude others from your property.

Just the fact that police don’t give a fig about solving “property crimes” shows how little value property rights have now.

They don’t even care about returning your car.

Rush once made the point that your body IS your property, and thus by extension non-body property is also important.

But we treat the body as if it is totally separate from property, and right now, the body is more important. Only if you are killed do the authorities care at all, and maybe actual battery.

We need to understand that ALL property is important.

What really bugs the crap out of me is this whole “title-lock” stuff. What? Now, I’m supposed to pay more than just my taxes to keep some bank from colluding with a con man... Just exactly how is it that I become indebted to a bank who wrongly loans money to a shyster? The bank is the victim, the shyster the criminal. How is it that I have any part in it when I did NOTHING? Let the bank suffer their stupidity and let the law hunt down the shyster. BUT NO! NOW! The “ONUS” is being thrust upon us to keep the bank from colluding with the shyster... HENCE the whole “title-lock” scam. Guess who dreampt up the whole “title-lock” scam? The banks and the shysters.

Property rights have been violated routinely since the “Civil Rights” craze came upon us in the 1950s. The anti-drug craze finally ended them. In today’s post-Constitution era of illegitimate tyranny there is no such thing as property rights altogether. And the GOPee voted for it! GOPee Delenda Est!

Once it was understood that the unauthorized entering of private property was a violation to the utmost.

As of now, that's the way it still is in MO, at least rural MO.
