We need 75 million + people to shut this stuff off. Stop watching the commercial media. It is poison to your mind. Kick the habit. ....i understand people get a squirt of dopamine to their brains’ pleasure center when watching or even anticipating some visual cues from these productions. The publicity folks know that and keep up the nonsense....completely cut it out of your life.
I guarantee your mind will rest and you will be mentally cogent. I guarantee it, based on my and others experiences.
Did not replace my tv’s when they got outmoded. Read like crazy...everyone I know who still watches the media talks about what they heard or saw on tv as if it is real, true, and pertinent...brainwashed sybarites.
