Customs and Border Protection is considering a plan to release migrants who crossed the border illegally without first giving them a court date to reappear.
The news comes as Biden officials are blaming the former Trump administration for the border crisis and the number of unaccompanied minors now in custody has swelled to 15,000.
A senior CBP source told Fox News that Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector are considering releasing migrants into the United States without an official Notice to Appear, a process that normally takes hours for each individual or family.

How is this “Trump’s fault”? I fail to understand their reasoning, was it because President Trump was not “compassionate” enough?
We can see where “compassion” is leading us and the migrating herd - right into chaos.
The only “plan” here is to fully implement the Cloward/Piven strategy, absolutely overloading the infrastructure that is supposed to handle these “immigrants” (which are actually invaders).

DeSantis can lead this, but governors and their attorneys general need to get out in front preemptively, and declare,
“We will not permit planeloads of illegal aliens to be dumped in our states because the Biden administration intentionally created a massive illegal alien tsunami. Planes will be stopped even if runways have to be blocked. I will call out the state guard or even the militia if this is what it takes to prevent this hostile human invasion. Ditto bus loads of illegal aliens at our state borders. We will physically stop them. If the federal government wants to invade my state will tens of thousands of illegal aliens intended to be future Democrat Party welfare voters, they will have to use naked force to accomplish it.”
Every red state governor should follow suit, BEFORE the planeloads begin to land and offload.

Those “chips” present some formidable technical barriers. A wearer would have to pass fairly close to a receiver in order to be tracked. Ankle bracelets could work but the expense and logistics of a few million makes that a practical impossibility.

If a few hundred of these on a daily basis are not given dirt naps at the border, then nothing will ever change. It is Trump’s fault that Biden decided not to enforce our immigration laws, not to keep working to secure the southern border, and to stop building the wall. Joe made these decisions, but the ensuing crisis is all Trump’s fault.
