The leftist narrative of “white privilege” is “disgusting,” said J.D. Vance, author of Hillbilly Elegy: A Memoir of a Family and Culture in Crisis, on Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart News and author of Breaking the News: Exposing the Establishment Media’s Hidden Deals and Secret Corruption.

Hate whitey
Whites have privilege to not have to live in places run by democrats
Without racial division the Democrat party would cease to exist. Thus, the democrats stoke racial division 24/7.
+1
J.D. Vance for Senate! This guy is good.
I always think of the Army Rangers climbing Point Du Hoc on June 6th 1944 ..And the soldiers being cut down as the landing ramps lowered on the beaches of Normandy.
Those are all examples of “white privilege” . Yes those privileged white people just never face ANY adversity.
I’m a proud white male who is tired of all this current black privilege.
Or in the Civil War, or WWI, or Korea or Vietnam.
It is disgusting, and hurtful, and as you allude to - sometimes hateful.
My grandmother grew up on a small farm and lost her other 3 siblings to the measles within a 3 week period when she was only 4 years old (yes, measles could be lethal back then - particularly if you developed pneumonia on top of it). My grandfather worked in a mine starting when he was 11-12 years old - and developed ‘black lung’. Unless I missed something, they were white. Compare that to what is now thought of as ‘put upon’.
Problem with lying about whites is the actual whites themselves know they are not privileged. Their ancestors had to fight and struggle. They didn’t even have a welfare state to surrender to in the early years. And that is always tilted to favor minorities anyway.
Honest, hardworking, God fearing white people know it is a lie when they are said to be pampered, privileged, coddled and put on a pedestal for easy living.
When they pay most of the taxes, watch their children get shut out from top university acceptance and from scholarships and professional job entry allowed only to quotas of minorities, and then are slandered as “white supremacists” for loving America, the flag and the Constitution.
“Or in the Civil War, or WWI, or Korea or Vietnam.”
And the coal mines, and the farms, and the steel mills, and the trillions of tax dollars forcibly transferred to others. And and and and......
When I think of “white priveledge I think of career criminals like the Clintons, the Bidens, George Soros, John Kerry, the Cuomos, James Comey, John Brennan, the Pelosis, the Gores, the Kennedys, Terry McAuliffe, Gavin Newsom, ......
Nailed It !
I watched “Hillbilly Elegy,” based on Vance’s autobiographical book) and I thought it was excellent.
The weird thing was that then I read it was considered “controversial,” and possibly even “racist,” by sources such as the New York Times and its ilk. Its big sin was to stress themes of family and individual responsibility and control.
In fact, they want to disqualify Glenn Close (lead actress in it) from consideration for the Oscar because of the movie’s “ideology.”
Since I live in Ohio, I will vote for him.
Keeper
I met two white women this week that work two jobs. Nice that we’re spending all our resources on those that have contributed nothing and to those that come here illegally.
It’s the dems deceptive war on white women.
The “white privilege” theme is just one of many tools the ,eft are using In Their hostile takeover of America. Brow beating white society into feeling shame for being white. Then imposing punishments on them which they readily, accept as payback for being evil white people.
Of course white liberals are a.l in charge of this hostile takeover. They are just tolerating the blm movement for now because blm is willing to do the dirty criminal work to violently subdue Conservative crackers
The Left as been using “privilege” without knowing what the word means.
“Privilege” comes from Latin privilegium “law applying to one person, bill of law in favor of or against an individual;” in the post-Augustine period “an ordinance in favor of an individual” (typically the exemption of one individual from the operation of a law)

Under the real definition, anyone receiving special treatment under law is “privileged”. Special treatment like Affirmative Action and minority setasides. Special treatment like being allowed to burn and loot without fear of imprisonment. stuff like that.
