I thought he fell because it was a green screen and he didn’t budget his steps carefully for the actual physical staircase he was standing on.
Wind? The only wind was Joe breaking wind going up the steps.
We all from time to time misjudge a step on stairs and Joe did recover from the first fall, but the later falls show him virtually helpless on the stairs. I fail to understand why aides or Secret Service agents didn’t immediately come to his assistance unless they were strictly ordered not to least Joe appear feeble. Joe is a frail 78 year old with rapidly progressing dementia and to think this feeble old man not with his full faculties is POTUS is scary.
Did dumb*ss Psaki blame the wind? Why didn’t the officers caps blow off?
