Cuomo had an order that prevented visitors to nursing homes, ostensibly to prevent covid from getting inside. Meanwhile, he had another order forcing covid into nursing homes. You can’t get any more stupid than this man.

Normal daily rate for retired in NY City is 250 to 450 dollars per day. Covid patients? Goes up to 5k per day per patient.
