OK democrats, please explain in detail how exactly this bill and a required voter photo ID will disenfranchise black voters. Vote fraud and election rigging disenfranchises ALL voters, the proof is now in the WH and the US Congress!

Relating to voter fraud; to amend Sections 17-13-24 and 17-17-36, Code of Alabama 1975, to prohibit a voter in this state from also voting in another state; and in connection therewith would have as its purpose or effect the requirement of a new or increased expenditure of local funds within the meaning of Amendment 621 of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, now appearing as Section 111.05 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended.

The democrats are the minority party. Republicans all support the bill, and like Pelosi always does, pass it without the other party providing a single vote.
