Due to COVID 19 Disneyland has also asked attendees while on rides do not vomit. And if you must vomit use a special self sealing vomit cups provided on each ride. Or use one of their barf masks, which resemble animal feed bags which hold in and contain the vomit for the duration of the ride.
I confess I’ve gone the wrong way down many an aisle. No one seems to enforce it though.
