Troll? They have a massive amount of video evidence showing that HE was the shooter at each of the different locations. Looking at his picture (the one with the “archery” logo) he presents the appearance of a frustrated “Incel” and that may be the only motivation he needed.
Was he “put up to it”? I guess that’s always a possibility but it doesn’t, IMHO, fit the modus operandi of the typical FBI/ATF “let’s create a criminal/crime” operation. Time will tell.
