He tried to get back up,. repeatedly radioing for it.
At one point the dispatcher said “they’re four minutes away”, but then said disregard that.
Sounds like the chief has some work cut out for him about timely backup.
When seconds count, backup is only minutes away!

Bingo! Happens a lot these days as cops try to use commands and tasers to do their job for them. ‘Course if he over powered her quickly and efficiently he may have wound up on charges himself. You know, bein’ white an’ all.
