Who knows? If she gave consent, knowing that there was weed and powder in the purse, she is a fool. And the cop appears to take the weed from the purse, turn his back on her and walk to his car,throw the weed in his window, and when he turns back around, she’s rummaging through her purse. He then finds the powder.

Thanks for posting that pic. She took the jolt but stiffened up only briefly, as he only made full contact once. Meanwhile note she already has the gun in her right hand and is looking at it, having made the concious decision to shoot the guy. She’s on drugs, btw.
