I have to say she’s in a private business then asked to leave....she should have left as it’s their business.
Do I believe the business and masks are BS——absolutely! I do believe it but it’s their stupid business, get your money your and go somewhere else.
I’m fed up with these stupid mask “edicts” and idiots that believe masks are the answer...they are science deniers.

Sorry, but a bank is an exclusive premises to an account holder- they have a license that cannot be revoked simply because someone says so. They hold personal property in trust and cannot prohibit one from securing or removing their property. She will win in civil court against not only the police who should have enforced the termination of the mask ban against the bank, but also against the bank.
The private property argument goes only so far and cannot be used to deprive someone of license or property unless that act is enforceable by law.
Its not the same as “no pets” “no shirt no shoes no service”. Which have roots in public law.
Its more like “whites only” or “BLM only”.
