“The report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event.”?

I know the principle. The event has been reported, but has not been submitted to an autopsy to establish the cause of death. Autopsies are expensive and can't undo the fact of death. Getting any satisfaction requires going to Vaccine Court and spending a ton of money. Most people won't do it, so the bodies keep piling up with no accountability.
