In my case, I just try to eat healthy and definitely spend a lot of time outdoors.
I worry about Rona as much as I worry about the flu. i.e. I don’t.
The only thing I’ve really done is drop some weight I really should have dropped five years ago. The fact that I was trending towards one of the “at risk” groups gave me the motivation I needed to do that. Other than that I just keep on keeping on.
