Recently-inaugurated President Joseph R. Biden is presiding over an increase in illegal entries, inspired by his campaign promises and policy adjustments, which encourage Latin Americans (and others) to make a run for the border.

Needs repeating in every state.
I don’t believe that the FedGov has that authority.
When the states do push back there will be no need to have a Convention of States. Our Founders provided that mechanism as a fail-safe, however if the states activate against the EO's then that is exactly the response that is needed.

I don’t know. Maybe dumped via bus to sanctuary cities in blue states.
Ship them to NYC, there are many empty hotels and office buildings
I have to hand it to Texas. Bold, creative thinking. Neither of which we have in D.C., for the most part.
Stopping black children from going to school is VERY Adifferent than stopping invaders.
Very true. But the point of that exchange is that POTUS can countermand any order that a Governor gives to the Army National Guard or the Air National Guard.
