The beauty and personal-care company Unilever said on Tuesday that it would no longer use the word “normal” on its products and in its advertising, following a study that revealed it makes most people feel excluded. Unilever, a London-based company that owns Dove, Axe, Sunsilk and Vaseline, among other personal-care brands, also said it would not digitally alter the body shape, size and skin color of models in its advertising as part of its Positive Beauty initiative, according to a news release. And the company promised to increase the number of ads featuring underrepresented people, without specifying which groups.

Dove jumped the shark long ago. They were one of the first to start implementing the lgbtq crap into their commercials. We stopped buying their soap years ago
Oh good God.
So now we are cancelling “normal”.
My bet is this is to cut it out of language, so we have less words to use in the homosexual normalizing!
The few of their commercials I see on TV are filled with chubby and homely women.
PHOOEY!!!!
I rely on the designation “normal” in selecting my soaps, shampoos, etc. I’m disgustingly NORMAL, after all!!!!
Makers of these products should have compassion on us normals, and refuse to discriminate against us for the sake of “political correctness”!!!!
PHOOEY again!!!!
Lately yes. Lots of commercials now contain overweight obese women, and so e very ugly women too for so e reason. Noticed that trend awhile back. I mean seriously ugly women. Not disparaging people that can’t how they look. But it seems commercials now are just forcing everyone to accept their agenda driven lectures disguised as commercials now
So Dove wants to be the soap for fatties then?
Ok, back to the old Ivory for me then.
In other words, fat chicks and trannies.
I have used Dove soap on my ‘normal’ face forever!
“And the company promised to increase the number of ads featuring underrepresented people”
Looks like that means 90% of the spots go to 13% of the population.
The other day I turned on the TV and it was into the fourth commercial before I saw a white male.
Dove, products for abnormal people.
People have to much time on their hands. Seriously I rarely read the bottle. Just use it.
I used to use Dove exclusively because most commercial soaps actually burn my skin. A few years ago they changed the formula and it became uncomfortable to use.
We now make our own soap out of common cooking fats that cleans, moisturizes, and doesn’t burn. I was amazed at how easy and cheap it was, about 30 cents a bar.
The insane hysteria has reached the soap makers. What next?

where can I get the recipe and instructions on how to make this soap you like?
Well darn,
My audio equalizer has a setting ‘normal’!
So, she's fat? I guess that's the new normal.
He faded away by the time an officer showed up. Building a description for his report, he asked the girl to describe him.
"Was he a black man?" the cop asked her.
"No. He was normal," she responded.
The cop was black.
