It could, but it won't. There's reams of evidence already. If Durham hasn't bothered to put anything together based on that, then I wouldn't expect much from one lousy FBI agent, to tip the scale to the side of justice. All FBI agents are on the take without any expectation of being held accountable for their unethical behavior.

The question is: Has a Grand Jury been empaneled and has it been listening to the evidence?? Next question: If the Grand Jury indicts, can the DOJ overrule.

It would be a crying shame that after all this time Durham hasn’t been presenting to a Grand Jury.
