If the state legislatures which has the enumerated authority to supervise the elections, did not have the courage to do the right thing, then how can we expect SCOTUS to correct the situation?
When you have the lives of all family members threatened watch out...Dems will ask for certain groups to be slaughtered and the SCOTUS won’t have a problem with it...
I don’t even think it involves threats. The simple answer is the right one. The Supremes, including Conehead-Barrett and party boy Kavenaugh are just believers in the deep state, love DC, and think Trump was bad.
They were just following their beliefs.
Once the dims and the media rammed the whole issue through the states for certification and the electoral college met, regardless of the slimy way it was done, constitutionally it was done.
I'm not defending the process in any way but legally is that the reason?

Trump was knee capped by the court. Which means he has no standing with the court. These people are a disgrace and should be deported to Puerto Rico on RICO charges of third world corruption and making America a BANANA Republic. Talk to Joe “Banana” Biden and his crime family for details.

The court is acting in favor of Biden and the democrats because they want to stay in favor so that the democrats won’t feel the need to STACK THE COURT... but they will anyway.

Wouldn’t hear cases before, wouldn’t hear them during and won’t hear them now. The most corrupt Court in history run by a corrupt chief justice. This country no longer has a credible FBI, DOJ nor Supreme Court. For that matter nothing in Washington DC is credible any more.
With Roberts in charge—they will hear no cases that might be harmful to the Democratic Party. If Harris should lead an armed rebellion and take over the Government—they would find reason to not hear the case. This is the Chief Justice who gave us Obamacare after all. “Its just a Tax” he said.
Not so fast, there are still plenty of rules for republicans. If they tried any of the hijinks that the dems got just away with, not only would the election be overturned, the perpetrators would see lots of jail time.
