Attorneys representing Ashli Babbitt's family recently released a statement.
Babbitt was unarmed when she was shot and killed by a law enforcement officer at the Capitol on the day of the riots.
For some reason, the name of the office who shot her has not been released.
Babbitt attorney's statement appears below:
The shooting of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, 2021 by an unidentified U.S. Capitol Police Officer was an unjustified use of deadly force which violated her constitutional rights. It is clear from video footage that Ashli did not pose a danger to the officer, or any other person, when she was shot. Ashli was unarmed. She did not assault anyone. She did not threaten to harm anyone. There was no excuse for taking her life.

Sorry sparky. In no case you named was the identity of the cop hidden. All the facts were carefully laid out. Most of them were felons in a criminal act and did some direct act that lead the cop to think a pistol was pointed at him.
In Saint Briona Taylor’s case, a dead body was found in the car she rented, she was part of a dope ring, and one officer was shot from her side.
Every single one was someone pointing an object in the dark or engaging in a battle with cops.
Ashli did nothing of the sort, and they don’t even try to claim she did.
That just as easily indicates Google wants this to go down the memory hole as quickly as possible.

Glad to see her family putting this statement out....and, standing up to this injustice.
“Who”. Really shot her. Did they keep the bullet for forensic investigation? With so many in costume who ignited the violence. Am suspecting it was someone other than a police office. Did you notice some just had black sweatshirts with POLICE written on the back. Not very expensive to have a few created.

Shooter shot her with cops behind her. Looks more like panicked congresscritter than plain clothes policeman. With expensive cuff links.

In only one of the cases I mentioned was the victim a felon or engaged in a criminal act. But, since you mentioned it, there are several hundred people facing felony charges for the same acts Babbitt was engaged in.

The woman could have been knocked out with a single punch, or a baton. She did not desrve to die for her participation. A simple citation and a fine maybe.
If Sullivan were shot dead, i would laugh.

She was murdered in cold blood, the needed a blood sacrifice, and she provided it. Murdered for no reason.
You realize there were about 20 armed Capitol police officers directly behind her as in two feet behind her.
Almost like they wanted to kill someone to increase the narrative.

Right, it could have been anyone, just the most enthusiastic and gullible, push them to the front, knock the window out and push them through for the kill shot.
They needed a death to make it a “deadly insurrection” and they didn’t know about those other peoples health problems that caused them to expire that day.
