My wife and I got vaccinated at a community health center that caters to the Latino community in our area. They posted online that they had appointments in the next few hours that they needed to fill so we signed up.
well this sure is done because of “science”

Many Kalifornikans are ignoring everything the gov blowviates and many Ca business are fully open, in Texas.
If that is not a big old F U to the recalled one I do not know what is.
This unelected bureaucrat -- this self-described "medical expert" -- has done severe damage to California's economy and society in the name of Covid. He has personally hurt -- deliberately harmed! -- nearly 40,000,000 American citizens who have the misfortune to live here since "Little Gavin" put him in charge of public health policy ... and there remains no end in sight to the incredible damage this @sshole has done to tens of millions of people ... tens of millions!
It will take a decade for California and for Californians to recover from what this jerk has done since his reign of terror began ... and he has done so with deliberate intent and by setting aside every other consideration except the virus! ... the virus!! ... the virus!!!

Schools, gyms, movie theaters, indoor dining, indoor churches mostly closed in most counties in CA. Some elem schools are open two days a week.

Several times over the last five to ten years, I have proposed
closing down all public schools for a year or so.
Lease the properties to private enterprise groups, and start
them off again with non-union, non-whacked out Leftists.
Review all teaching books and materials and refuse any of these
things that don’t teach wholesome values and respect for our
government.
Do teach them what is proper and improper for our government
to be doing.
If the members vote to unionize, just close the school.
Start off a new school the next week on another leased site
and don’t hire a single teacher from the former school.
Don’t hire anyone who won’t sign a mutual quit clause document.
Then get back to teaching our kids the things they need to
know.
Don’t allow a psychologist, counselor, social worker,
activist Leftist, or state public education offical on the
property.
Put the homeless in the schools. There must be thousands and thousands in CA. Post guards so they can’t get away and at least they’re off the streets. Let them tent on the football fields if they have a hankering for home. Have the teachers do the cleaning and cooking.

I am sick and tired of this tier system...If Governor Gavin is recalled, I hope that this tier system disappears...
My prediction is that this 40% business will slow down the vaccination process in CA...
Governor Gavin is not actually telling counties that they will be prevented from moving on to next tier if 40% requirement is not met...When I first heard the news, I thought that he was threatening counties to do his vaccine policies...Not really...He is just offering rewards for counties to implement his policies...
In any case, I don't like what he is doing with vaccinations...Just offer vaccination to people who want to get it...Ethnic background should not matter...I don't want to force people to get vaccination...I think there are many Hispanics and blacks who don't want to get vaccinations...Their opinions should be respected...
I would recommend not mixing these people with an environment
with lots of kids in it. Makes it too easy for some idiot on
the staff to blame it all on Capitalism.
