I remember 1989 when California shelved a really bad AW ban bill.
I had a bad feeling something was going to happen within the next three months. I was right.
California then released Pat Purdy from a mental institution, allowed him to buy guns in violation of US laws, passed the waiting periods.
Then he went and shot up the Stockton School yard killing several students.
The shelved bill was pulled out and passed before any opposition could be mounted against it.
And THAT is how California banned A-s-s-ault rifles.
“Soon you will see a mass school shooting!”
If one doesn’t happen on it’s own soon the democrats will engineer one.
